Why should I use your services?
Successful events require planning. If this is your main chance to impress your most valued clients then you need to know that the event will run smoothly. So on the day you spend your time entertaining your clients or delivering your message at a conference whilst we ensure everything is in place, that the lunch arrives on time, we deal with last minute changes and requests and all the details that may seem to happen by magic. We always aim to meet and hopefully exceed your expectations.
How much money do I need to spend?
We would discuss the budget you have available and the number and type of people you wish to entertain and then come up with some outline suggestions within your guidelines.
How much does it cost?
There is no hard and fast rule because our service is so very flexible. As we will provide a full quotation for every option or event you will know in advance how much it will cost.
I am not sure what I am looking for ... can you help?
Yes we will use our knowledge of opportunities available to you to give you an outline choice of options and then refine these until we find an option that suits your criteria.
I do not have much time to deal with this, will this be a problem?
No that is the beauty of the service we offer, you tell us who you want to entertain, we'll come up with options you choose the option that suits you best and we can take it from there.
How far in advance should I plan an event?
There is no hard and fast rule for this. Many organised event dates will not be available months in advance but if you want to run a private event then it could be as much as a year before. The important thing is to get your chosen clients to attend and diaries of senior executives do tend to get booked up ... but there will always be a need for last minute hospitality and we will use our best endeavours to get the packages you require.
Are there any minimum numbers?
Not as a rule, most packages are available for parties of two or more but in some cases there may minimum numbers required to book a private table or suite.
How flexible is your service?
Very flexible. We will discuss your requirements - you may just want us to come in and help your in house team on the day of an event itself or you may want the full event management service.
